A chair bag?

Before arriving at my employment school, I'd only ever seen chair covers at weddings, for decorative purposes. However, the classroom chairs in my school all appeared to have had a bit of a makeover. They were dressed in red chair covers, but these covers had a much more practical purpose. They were known as 'chair bags' and provided over-the-chair storage for stationery, worksheets and workbooks. They were a great addition to a desk tidy and other storage units and were ideal for storing things that pupils used daily.
